Exercises to tone the face

1. Rectangles with hands

The first exercise for toning the face is extremely simple: you need to form a rectangle with your index finger and thumb. How? ‘Or’ What ? By placing them on the right and left sides of your face, between the cheekbones and the eyebrows. Then open your eyes as much as possible and hold them open for 3 seconds (you can blink).

Then close your eyes and relax by patting your forehead with the tip of your index finger. Repeat this 4 or 5 times. This exercise will allow you to strengthen the muscles in your forehead. If you practice these exercises in the usual way, you will be able to significantly reduce the wrinkles in this area.

2. Inverted triangle

With your hands, form 2 inverted triangles which start from the center of your face towards the sides. They should converge between the eyebrows. Then look upward for 10 seconds. Then refocus your gaze and with the tips of your two index fingers, give small taps on the sides of the face. Repeat the operation 5 times.tone the face

3. smile

Smile and press your index finger on your chin. Move your lips forward as if you want to give a kiss for 10 seconds, then return to the normal position. Rest then repeat this movement for 5 minutes. Finish this exercise by giving small taps with the tips of your fingers from the base of the face to the hair.

4. Breath

If you have very marked goose pastes, you can massage and press your fingertips up and down on these areas for about 2 minutes (including rest).

Close your mouth and inhale as hard as you can until your cheeks swell. Hold the air then blow slowly. Rest, then repeat 4 or 5 times. This exercise will allow you to work your cheeks and cheekbones.

5. Exercises with the lips

Stand in front of the mirror, staring at it, then start making faces and blinking eyes. Thanks to this exercise, you will be able to tone almost all areas of your face.

Open your mouth as wide as possible and then point your lips in all possible directions. This will work the adjacent area of ​​your mouth.

Indeed, this area is one of the most sensitive of the face, the one where expression wrinkles are formed. Place your fingers in the corners of the lips with light pressure, then try to form the letter O with your mouth. Place your thumbs in your mouth and then press inward. 6. Chin

With your chin facing up, stretch your lower lip upward along with your neck. This area is very important because it is this area that reveals our age. This is why it is necessary to make it work at the same time as the face.

7. With thumbs

With both thumbs on the corners of the eyes, squint them and blink for 10 seconds. You will thus fully work the forehead and the eye area.

Recommendation to tone the face

It is recommended to do these exercises 2 or 3 times a week. The evening before going to bed or in the morning after a shower are great times to perform these exercises.
