Yogurt and lemon

Here are the ingredients we will need for 4 people :

  • 250 gr of yoghurt (2 conventional yoghurts from the store). To make the base sauce, we will choose plain yogurt, the one we always have; we will make sure that it is good without sugar. Beware of 0% yogurts or low fat yogurts as they usually have added sweeteners
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil. We can use other softer vegetable oils if we find the taste very strong, but we should always choose cold pressed, unrefined vegetable oils.
  • 50 cl of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, starting with the yogurt, oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper and mix well with a spoon until everything is combined. If you are not going to eat it right away, store it in the refrigerator, at most overnight.

It’s that simple and good ! From this recipe we can add all the ingredients we want. We hope it will be a great success in your kitchen!
