  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15 gr)

  • To start, peel and grate the carrot.

  • Mix until you get a smooth paste.

The mode of application

  • Cleanse your face, and apply the paste on dark circles.
  • Let sit for 20 minutes.
  • Finally, rinse with cold water.

  • Avocado pulp

  • Wash your face, and immediately apply the mixture obtained under the eyes.

A few tips 

  • Clean your eyelids before sleeping.
  • Also use a moisturizer designed for the eye area in the morning and evening.
  • Use sunscreen every day.
  • Make sure you sleep on your back to help drain fluids.
  • Also practice physical activity, in order to have good blood circulation.
  • Also increase your intake of fruits and vegetables to avoid fluid retention.
  • Also reduce your salt intake.
  • Avoid stressful situations, as cortisol causes poor blood clotting.
  • Drink at least two liters of water a day to maintain good hydration.
